Should your enquiry not lead to me providing a service to you, your data will be deleted from our data holdings.

Should your enquiry result in me providing you a service, then your initial and subsequent data will be managed by and in accordance with English data protection standards.

I will not otherwise give your private data to any other parties, unless required to do so by court order or judgement.

How long I retain your data

For individuals who complete a contact form, email me, phone me or contact me by other means including face to face meetings and post, and where there is no further interaction, data is retained for two calendar months.

For individuals/organisations who become clients: relevant data will be held and managed by me. Please note that, in order to enable me to meet all my obligations under UK legislation (including for tax purposes), I may hold data for a period of 7 years after receipt of payment for the last service provided by me.

What rights you have over your data

You can request access to the personal information that I hold on you and except in circumstances when I am not permitted to do so for legal reasons, I will provide this information to you within 30 days.

If you feel that any information that I hold about you is inaccurate then you can ask me to update your information. If you want me to delete your information then please do so in writing and I will endeavour to do so unless I need to keep it for legal or internal business purposes.

In terms of personal data, the site holds only data relating to our website staff.

  • To carry out contracts between yourself and me and provide you with the services that you request from me
  • To keep the website safe and secure

How I protect your data

I take security and client confidentiality very seriously. Minimal data is captured via this website and only should you choose to complete a Contact Form. All data you provide is held securely behind firewalls and other security systems.

In the highly unlikely circumstances of a data breach occurring, all potentially impacted clients will be contacted as soon as possible; all data servers isolated and all security systems checked / updated.
